Our 2009 Waipara Hills Central Otago Pinot Noir was recently featured as as a wine match for Salmon fillets with grapes and baked polenta.

The recipe was created by David Waddington, from Silk's Brasserie in the NSW village of Leura, and is "great with the bright and smoky 2009 Waipara Hills Pinot Noir"
